with 18 Mouthwatering Flavours

Ingredients

All of my cakes are baked to order using the finest, freshest ingredients.  I only use Class A approved free range British eggs, real english butter, British premium flours, British fair trade cane sugars, high quality British conserves, 100% Belgium chocolate, organic cocoa powder, the finest quality 100% pure extracts and premium quality Madagascan vanilla pods.  I do not use any artificial flavourings in my cakes, all the flavours either come from the raw ingredients used or from natural flavourings.

Once my cakes are baked, each layer is drizzled with a flavoured homemade syrup to compliment the flavour of the sponge.  As you can imagine, wedding cakes take several days to make, so the syrup helps to keep my cakes nice and moist.  Once each layer has been filled with buttercream, I then cover the cake with a white ganache which helps to keep the cake stable and to achieve those sharp edges.

Banana

Chocolate Orange

layers of orange sponge, drizzled with a tangy orange syrup and filled with a rich chocolate ganache buttercream

Chocolate & Salted Caramel

Lemon

layers of lemon sponge, drizzled with a lemon syrup and filled with a zesty lemon buttercream and lemon curd

Lemon & Passionfruit

layers of zesty lemon sponge, drizzled with a lemon syrup and filled with passionfruit buttercream and passionfruit curd

Lemon & Raspberry

layers of raspberry-laced zesty lemon sponge, drizzled with a lemon syrup and filled with raspberry buttercream and raspberry conserve

Orange & Passionfruit

layers of tangy orange sponge, drizzled with an orange syrup and filled with passionfruit buttercream and passionfruit curd

Red Velvet

layers of smooth, chocolatey red velvet sponge, drizzled with a homemade syrup and filled with vanilla bean buttercream

Rich Boozy Fruitcake

a brandy soaked cake made from dried and candied fruit with a divine combination of spices covered in a layer of marzipan

Salted Caramel

layers of caramel mud cake, drizzled in syrup and filled with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce

Vanilla

layers of vanilla bean sponge, drizzled with a vanilla bean syrup and filled with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry conserve

Vanilla & Lemon
