wedding cake consultation
What is a Tasting Consultation?
I hold regular Tasting Consultations throughout the year, which are complimentary for couples who have already secured their booking with me. Your Tasting Consultation is a fantastic opportunity for us to meet and discuss the design of your wedding cake in relation to the size, shape and decoration. You can look at my display cakes to get a feel for what certain cake decorating techniques look like in real life and most importantly you will be able to taste a selection of cake flavours from my menu.
Dates of My Next Tasting Consultations
Saturday 30th November
Sunday 1st December
A Tasting Consultation for 2 people* costs £30** and includes:
a one hour session
3 cake flavours of your choice***
1 surprise cake flavour of my choice
a mini bottle of Prosecco for each of you to enjoy at your consultation (or to take away with you to enjoy later)
3 hand drawn cake sketches with accurate quotes sent to you within 7 days following your consultation (this will help you to visualise what your wedding cake will look like and to take away some of the guess work!)
*Additional guests can attend at a cost of £15 per person, with a maximum of 4 people attending a consultation. **If you go ahead and book your wedding cake with me following a Tasting Consultation, the £30 fee will be deducted from your final balance. ***Additional flavours are available at a cost of £10 per flavour.
